Red Carpet Experience - Booking & Payment Structure:
1. Bookings may be made via the Booking Form or by telephone.
2. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Full payment must be received by no later than 14 days prior to your tour date.
3. We require 7 days notice for cancellations. Cancellations will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
4. For cancellations within 7 days of your tour date or no-shows, cancellation fee will be the total cost of your tour - no exceptions.
5. Payment may be made via Mastercard, Visa or Direct Deposit.
6. Payment will be requested at the point of booking confirmation.
7. All prices listed are final.
Red Carpet Experience - Tour Particulars:
1. Please ensure that you arrive at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
2. Tour Option 1 - minimum/maximum of 3 people, this tour will run in a 300C Chrysler Limousine Sedan.
3. We always endeavour to run to our advertised times, however we cannot be held responsible for unavoidable traffic delays.
4. Please advise us if you have any special requirements in relation to mobility or diet.
5. All our Real Women stores are carefully selected for their positive and welcoming attitude to Real Women. We welcome your feedback.
6. Alcohol and smoking is NOT permitted in any of our Real Women Vehicles.
7. Please advise us if you have any special dietary or medical requirements.
8. Real Women will NOT be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. It is the customers responsibility to care for their own personal belongings whilst on tour.
VIP Event - Booking, Payment & Particulars:
1. The venue for the VIP Evening venue is kept secret until booking form and payment confirmation is processed. Upon completion of this step, Real Women will contact you via email with the location and any further relevant details of the evening.

3. We require 3 days notice for cancellations. Cancellations will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
4. For cancellations within 2 days of your VIP Event or no-shows, the cancellation fee will be the total cost of your event - no exceptions.
5. Payment may be made via Mastercard, Visa or Direct Deposit.
6. Payment will be requested at the point of booking confirmation.
7. The customer is responsible for their own transport to and from the VIP Event venue. General locations (ie. inner city suburb etc.) is indicated on each advertised evening prior to purchase.
8. Please advise us if you have any special requirements in relation to mobility.
